- All requests for cancelations must be made in writing and sent to STSsupport@cmrus.com by January 13, 2023. Requests for refunds will not be honored if submitted after that date. Please note: A processing fee of $100 will be charged for all cancelations for the in-person conference. A processing fee of $50 will be charged for all cancelations for Plenary Livestream-Plus.
- Changes and corrections can be made online by following the link at the bottom of your email confirmation or visiting the registration website and logging in to your STS member account.
- For assistance, send us a message through the STS Annual Meeting Registration and Hotel Support Center.
- A new confirmation will be emailed after each change or correction.
Note for Plenary Livestream-Plus registrants: If you are unable to view any purchased content during the scheduled webcasting times, all sessions will be recorded and available for replay after the event concludes.
