If you would like to purchase the 2023 ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting Digital Edition, please click here. The Digital Edition offers you the convenience of learning on your own time from the comfort of your home or office. It’s easier than ever before to watch – and re-watch – your favorite sessions from the 2023 meeting, including: access to videos of course presentations, slides, and the ability to claim CME, General CEU's, and P.A.C.E.® credits through May 2024.

The 2024 ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting will be held March 12-16 in Toronto, Canada. Please check the ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting website for the most up-to-date information.

ACMG members - to begin the registration process, enter the credentials that you use for ACMG. If you do not know your username and/or password, you can recover this information at the ACMG website. For additional assistance, please contact ACMG Membership Services between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, either by phone at +1 (301) 718-9603, or email acmg@acmg.net. To qualify for the ACMG membership rate, dues must be paid by January 31, 2023. Pending ACMG members must pay the non-member rate. The difference will be reimbursed after membership is approved. Please allow up to two months after membership approval to receive the reimbursement.

Advisory
  • Only Convention Management Resources (CMR) – the official housing agent for the 2023 ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting – is authorized to make your hotel reservation.
  • Reservations made through unauthorized websites or third-party providers are not guaranteed by ACMG and may result in additional charges, no room even with a confirmation, loss of deposits and pre-payments, and may put your personal identity at risk.

Should you be contacted by any agency other than CMR, please notify us immediately.



Registration Changes & Cancellations
  • A request to cancel your registration must be emailed to acmgmeeting@acmg.net by February 17, 2023. All cancellations are subject to a 25% nonrefundable processing fee. Cancellation requests received after February 17, 2023, will NOT be refunded. After the deadline, in cases of emergency, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. These requests must be emailed to acmgmeeting@acmg.net within 10 days of the conclusion of the meeting. 
  • Meeting registrations cannot be transferred to another person. If an attendee cannot attend the Annual Meeting for any reason, their registration must be processed according to the refund policy above. Due to the importance of the demographic information captured, all substitutions and name changes will require a new registration. 
  • Purchases of the Digital Edition Only cannot be transferred to a meeting registration. If you purchase the Digital Edition Only and then decide to attend the meeting, you will need to email education@acmg.net to cancel the purchase of the Digital Edition. You will also need to register for the meeting separately. If you purchase registration and then decide to switch to the Digital Edition Only, you will need to cancel your registration following the instructions above and purchase the Digital Edition Only separately.
  • Digital Edition Only cancellation requests must be emailed to education@acmg.net by February 17, 2023 in order to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received after February 17, 2023 will NOT be refunded.
Hotel Cancellations
  • You can change or cancel your reservation in the CMR Housing portal without penalty until March 1, 2023. Note: your credit card may be charged after February 22, 2023, but you should receive a refund if you cancel by March 1, 2023.
  • You cannot make any changes to your reservation from March 2 - March 5, 2023.
  • Beginning March 6, 2023, you can contact hotels directly for new reservations, changes or cancellations.
