Where does the in-person event take place?
WFG Convention of Champions 24 will take place at T-Mobile Arena* and MGM Grand Garden Arena* and Conference Center, Las Vegas, Nevada.
*General Sessions and Awards Ceremony for all teams will be held simultaneously at T-Mobile Arena and MGM Grand Garden Arena. Please review the complete SEVC list to check which venue your team will be located. As space is limited in both venues, no changes will be permitted after registration is confirmed, so please select carefully! Seating assignment in each arena will be based on your SEVC registration selection.
Where will my team be sitting in the arena?
Your seating assignment in the arena will be based on your SEVC selection. During the registration process, you will be prompted to select your SEVC. This selection will determine your seating assignment for the General Sessions and the Awards Ceremony.

Your registration fee includes entry to the Exhibit Hall, Awards Ceremony, and General Sessions. All attendees must be registered to gain access to any event space.
A portion of your registration fee ($5) will be donated to The WFG Foundation and Charitable Trust.

What method of payment is accepted for registration?
You must provide a valid credit card to register online. Accepted credit cards are: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
If I am unable to participate, may I receive a refund?
No, refunds are not permitted. No exceptions.
If I register more than once, may I receive a refund?
No, refunds are not permitted. No exceptions. A valid unique email address is required for all registrations.
If I am only able to participate in a portion of the event, do I still have to pay the full registration fee?
Yes, the full registration fee is required to participate in any portion of the event.
Can I bring children to the convention?
This is a business meeting and children are not encouraged to attend; however, if you plan to bring your child, they must be registered as your guest with the same SEVC selection to be assigned the same section as you for seating. Children (with the exception of infant in arms) are required to pay full attendee price for entry into any event space. Strollers are not permitted in the event spaces.
I need to transfer my registration. How do I do that?
If you wish to transfer your registration and/or housing reservation, please visit the WFG Convention of Champions 24 Registration and Housing Transfer Request website. Please note important details below:
- If you have a registration and a hotel reservation, you may only transfer them to the same person. You may not transfer them to different persons.
- The deadline to submit registration and hotel reservation transfer requests is Wednesday, June 12, 2024, 5 PM PT.
Any registration and/or housing reservation confirmed after that deadline will not be eligible for name changes and all fees are non-refundable. There will be no exceptions.
Do I need a WFG Code Number to register?
No, a WFG code number is not required to register.
Where can I find my WFG code number?
Contact the person that invited you or your direct upline SMD. You may also refer to your original welcome e-mail from noreplywfgsupport@transamerica.com, which provides your WFG code number.
How do I become a member of WFG?
Contact the WFG agent that invited you.
May I register more than one person on my registration?
You may add one guest for in-person registration only. We encourage you to register your Spouse/Guest at the same time as your registration. If you and your Spouse/Guest select the same SEVC, every effort will be made to provide seating for both of you in the same section. If you select a different SEVC for your Spouse/Guest, you will not be seated in the same section. No exceptions.
How do I make a change to my registration?
You may change your selected SEVC by logging in to your registration record on the WFG Convention of Champions 24 Registration website. Select Edit Registration and enter the email address that you originally used to register.
If you wish to change your email address, please send us a message with your confirmation number.
All changes must be submitted by June 12, 2024, 5 PM PT. No changes will be allowed after that date.

How can I request a suite?
If you would like to look into options for a suite, please first book a standard room at the hotel of your choice. Provide WFG Housing with the name that the reservation is booked under and/or the confirmation number and provide the answers to the following:
- Is the suite for sleeping and/or hospitality functions?
- Does the bedroom need to be separate from the sitting area?
- How many adults and children will occupy the suite, and how many beds are needed?
- Anything else we should know?
