• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium Support Center.
• Your request must be received or postmarked by January 28, 2020.
• No refunds will be given after January 28, 2020.
• A $50 service charge will apply to General Registration cancellations.
• There will be no refunds for student member registrations, exhibits only registrations or the Directory of Registrants.

To register your booth staff, please visit the UW&GS Exhibitor Registration site and use your assigned login credentials. If you have any questions or problems logging in, please send us a message through the UW&GS Support Center.

Groups and Exhibitors may request room blocks of 10+ rooms. Once we receive your signed room block contract, you will be given a username and password to log in and manage your block online. (This site is for demonstration purposes only).
