This registration gets you virtual access to the live WFG Convention Awards Ceremony and both General Sessions. This option also gives you the ability to watch portions of the event On Demand after the convention ends. More information will be sent post event.

Book your Hotel Room today for the WFG Convention of Champions 23!
Online Room Reservations is available through Tuesday, June 6, 2023, 5 PM PT.
Booking at one of the official WFG Convention of Champions 23 hotels allows you convenient access to the many meeting events, so you can spend more time with your team. WFG has negotiated special discounted rates and resort fees at select hotels in Las Vegas. Register and book early for access to the best selection of hotel rooms.
Please note that registration for WFG Convention of Champions 23 is required in order to book your hotel through WFG Official Housing. Once you have registered, you will have the option to book a hotel room. If you choose not to book a room at that time, you will still be able to return to the Registration and Housing site to book at a later date. Select Edit Registration & Hotel Reservation option and log in to your record by entering the email address that you used to register.
To ensure enough availability for all attendees, each registrant may book only one reservation. To book a hotel room you must be 21 years or older.
Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of one night's room and tax is required for each reservation. Deposits will be charged by the hotel on or after June 12, 2023. If you cancel your reservation prior to June 6, 2023, your card will be charged the non-refundable deposit within 7 days of the cancellation.
Housing Transfer: If you wish to transfer your housing reservation, please visit the WFG Convention of Champions 23 Registration and Housing Transfer Request website. The deadline to submit your housing transfer request is Tuesday, June 6, 2023, 5 PM PT.
Resort Fee: All reservations are subject to mandatory resort fee plus applicable taxes. Please review individual hotel resort fees on the hotel details section during the booking process.
If you wish to change your SEVC Selection, please select Edit Registration and log in using the email address with which you registered. You may make changes through June 22, 2023, 5 PM PT. Please note that changing your SEVC Selection may result in a change to your seating assignment during the General Sessions and Award Ceremony.
Registration fees to the WFG Convention of Champions 23 are non-refundable. Cancellation for any reason will not receive a refund of any amount.
If you wish to transfer your registration and/or housing reservation, please visit the WFG Convention of Champions 23 Registration and Housing Transfer Request website. Please note that there are two separate deadlines:
- The deadline to submit your housing transfer request is Tuesday, June 6, 2023, 5 PM PT
- The deadline to submit your registration transfer request is Thursday, June 22, 2023, 5 PM PT
Any registration and/or housing reservation confirmed after that deadline will not be eligible for name changes and all fees are non-refundable. There will be no exceptions.
