Register for the convention and book your hotel room at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge through CMR – Convention Management Resources. Hotel rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis. Reserve your room early to take advantage of special SMACNA 2023 hotel rates.

Registration & Housing Information

To register for the 2023 SMACNA Annual Convention, please select the Member Login Register tab above. Chapter Executives can register chapter members utilizing the Chapter Executive Login tab above.

Hotel reservations can be made through the registration site through September 15, 2023.

Registration Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations received by August 25, 2023 will not be assessed a cancellation fee.

Cancellations received between August 26 and September 15 will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the registration fees.

No refunds will be issued after September 15, 2023.

Hotel Reservation Changes & Cancellations

The last day to cancel a hotel reservation without assessing a cancellation fee is September 15, 2023.

Please note: The hotel will charge an advanced deposit on or after September 15, 2023.

Exhibitors

Exhibitors who would like to attend the full 2023 SMACNA Annual Convention can click the Register button located above to access the 2023 SMACNA Annual Convention Registration and Hotel Reservation website. Here you will be able to both register your booth staff and make hotel reservations.

Exhibitors wishing to only register themselves and staff for the Product Show can also click the Register button above but will be required to enter a Product Show Invitation code during the registration process. If you need this code, please contact productshow@smacna.org.

When registering multiple exhibitors, please have each individual's SMACNA login available.

Please note that a registration confirmation number will be required to book each individual hotel reservation.
