Registration Support Information

What is the conference registration fee and what's included in this fee?

  • Attendee pricing (SMACNA & SMART)
    • Early bird pricing ($695) valid September 8, 2021 through December 17, 2021.
    • Regular conference pricing ($950) after December 17, 2021.
  • Non-SMACNA contractor pricing:
    • Early bird pricing ($950) valid September 8, 2021 through December 17, 2021.
    • Regular conference pricing ($1,200) after December 17, 2021.

Registration fee for the 2022 PINP Conference includes conference materials, daily continental breakfast and lunch Tuesday and Wednesday, break refreshments, and Tuesday Meet & Greet Reception.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations received by January 17, 2022 will receive a full registration refund.
  • Cancellations received from January 18, 2022 through February 4, 2022 will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 20% of conference registration fees paid.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 4, 2022.
  • Changes and Cancellations must be made in writing by sending a message through the PINP Conference Registration Support Center or via fax to (415) 293-5232 Attn: PINP Registration.
  • Once you cancel your conference registration, please do not forget to cancel your own hotel reservation at Resorts World Las Vegas. The conference will not cancel your hotel reservation.

How do I register as a Team?

You may register as a team and submit one payment for the entire team through the 2022 PINP Team Registration website. Minimum of two (2) people are required to be eligible for Team Registration.

How do I book a hotel room?

PINP Conference room block has been secured at the Resorts World Las Vegas at the group rate of $139 plus a daily resort fee of $35 per room, per night plus the current occupancy room tax. The resort fee includes the following: in-room and campus wide wi-fi access including meeting space; admission to the property gym; local and toll-free calls; and boarding pass printing.

Book your rooms by January 20, 2022 by visiting the 2022 PINP Resorts World Las Vegas website or by calling 1-844-GENTING. When calling to make reservations, be sure to reference 2020 Partners in Progress Conference.

To confirm a sleeping room, the sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card provided, along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 3 days (72 hours) in advance of arrival. Major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay the room deposit may be charged immediately.

I need to cancel my hotel reservation.

All attendees must contact Resorts World to cancel their own hotel reservations.

Resorts World Las Vegas allows individual attendee cancellations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to your confirmed arrival date. A penalty of one (1) night's guestroom rate plus tax will be charged for cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual attendee to check-in on the scheduled arrival date (each a "no-show"). Any remaining nights of a no-show reservation will be canceled without additional penalty.

COVID Info: What is the mask policy for the conference?

We will follow all Clark County mandates in regards to masks. At this time, people are required to wear face coverings while in public indoor places and crowded outdoor venues regardless of vaccination status. Masks are required on all public transportation.
