Important Registration Dates and Deadlines

Advanced Early Bird: Friday, December 6, 2024
Early Bird: Friday, January 10, 2025
Standard (Regular): Thursday, April 3, 2025
Onsite Registration Available: Friday, April 4, 2025

Cancellations & Refunds for Registration will be accepted through Thursday, February 20, 2025 with a full refund, less a $150 processing fee.

Registration Cancellations received on or after Friday, February 21, 2025 will not be refunded.

Will an online option be provided for the Conference this year?

The NSBA 2025 Annual Conference and Exposition will offer an in-person event as well as a online option this year. You will need to register at the NSBA 2025 Annual Conference registration website in order to participant in the conference.

Early registration opens August 28, 2024 at 10 a.m. (ET).*
*National Connection and CUBE Districts Only.

General registration opens September 4, 2024.

How do I register someone else? How do I register my board members?

If you are board support needing to register your board members, or if you are registering someone other than yourself, please go to the NSBA 2025 Annual Conference group registration website.

I'd like to pay for my registration fees with a purchase order.

Purchase orders should be submitted as attachments to nsbasupport@cmrus.com. Please reference your invoice number on your purchase order. Payment of registration fees will be required in order to access both the in-person and virtual conference. Failure to pay all registration fees will result in delays in accessing the conference. Checks should be mailed with an enclosed copy of your invoice.

Hotel room checks must be paid separately from conference registration.

Purchase orders are not accepted for hotel payment but can be used for conference registration.

Registration Terms and Conditions

In the event of cancellation, NSBA is not liable for hotel, airfare, or other charges incurred by that registrant.

Cancellations and Refunds – Requests for refunds can be honored only if made in writing to NSBA: memberservices@nsba.org on or before February 20, 2025 and will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee per registrant. No refunds will be honored on or after February 21, 2025.

By registering and participating in this event, you consent to the recording of your likeness, image and/or voice and authorize the National School Boards Association (NSBA) to use photographs, video, and audio recordings containing your likeness, and/or voice in any medium for any purpose without compensation. Important Housing Dates and Deadlines

Housing Opening Dates:.

  • Wednesday, August 21, 2024 - Exhibitor and State Association housing opens
  • Wednesday, August 28, 2024 - National Connections, CUBE, and COSA housing opens
  • Wednesday, September 4, 2024 - General Attendee housing opens

Deadline Dates:.

  • Friday, March 7, 2025 - Last day for NSBA Housing to receive advance hotel check deposits. Checks received after this date will be returned.
  • Friday, March 14, 2025 - Your confirmed hotel has the right to charge credit cards for one night's rate and tax per room.
  • Monday, March 17, 2025 - Cancellation deadline to avoid penalty of one night's room and tax for each room.
  • Friday, March 21, 2025 - Last day to request changes or new General Attendee Housing based on availability.
  • Tuesday, March 25, 2025 – Reservation changes/cancellations should be made directly with your confirmed hotel.

How can I request a suite?

Before contacting NSBA Registration & Housing to request a suite, we recommend that you make a standard room reservation first. This reservation can be later modified or cancelled, if needed.

To request a suite, send us a message. Complete the required fields, and provide responses to the following:

  1. If you have a room reservation that you’d like upgraded to a suite, please provide the name that the reservation is booked under and/or the confirmation number.
  2. Is the suite for sleeping, meetings, hospitality functions, or any combination of these?
  3. Does the bedroom need to be separate from the sitting area?
  4. How many adults and children will occupy the suite, and how many beds are needed?
  5. Let us know which hotel(s) you will consider in order of preference.
  6. What is the desired price range of the suite?
  7. Anything else we should know?
