If your company has memberships in multiple NECA Chapters, you will have the opportunity to select which Chapter you would like to be affiliated with for the meeting.

Paper forms are no longer accepted. For faster processing and immediate email confirmation of your registration and hotel reservation, please register and book online. If you are a Chapter Executive and would like to register your chapter members, please access the NECA Now Registration & Housing Chapter Interface by selecting the Chapter Executive tab above and click Log In. If you are not a chapter member but would like to register a group of people from your company, please send us a message through the NECA Now Registration & Hotel Support Center. A NECA Now Registration representative will respond to your email within one business day to provide detailed instructions regarding group registration.

Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations in this section refer to the cancellation of the registration in its entirety.

Cancellations received on or before March 16, 2023 will receive a full registration refund.
All registration cancellations (including individual guest registrations) received between March 17 and April 10, 2023 will receive refund minus a $100 processing fee.
Note that the processing fee above will apply for both meetings (NECA Now and WINFL). If you are registered for both meetings and cancel between March 17 and April 10, 2023, the applicable processing fee is $200.
Cancellations or changes received after April 10, 2023 will not receive any refund.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Please submit your cancellation requests by sending us a message through the NECA Now Registration & Hotel Support Center or by fax to: (415) 293-4745.

Exhibitors
