Attendee registration for this event is exclusively for long term care and post-acute care providers. Registration and attendance for companies and individuals who sell or market products and/or services to provider organizations is limited to sponsors only. AHCA/NCAL reserves the right to grant final approval for all registrants to attend this conference.
Registration & Housing Info
Registration online is quick, convenient, and you’ll receive immediate confirmation. All attendees must be registered for the event before a hotel reservation can be made. You can reserve your hotel at the same time when registering online.

Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations & Refunds for Registration will be accepted until Thursday, May 11, 2023 with a full refund less a $75 processing fee.
Registration Cancellations received after Thursday, May 11, 2023 will not be refunded.
Substitutions will be allowed up to five (5) calendar days prior to the conference. All substitutions and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the AHCA/NCAL QS Registration & Hotel Support Center or via Fax: (415) 293-4743. Refunds will be processed within five (5) days following the end of the conference. Refunds or credits will not be made on no-shows. AHCA/NCAL is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
Registration Deadlines
Registration with full payment must be submitted by the last date of each registration period in order to be eligible for the discount rate.
