The AHCA/NCAL 2022 Quality Summit conference will be held in-person at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL over the dates of May 16-18, 2022. Register online to participate in the conference. Early registration ends on May 5, 2022.
AHCA/NCAL and the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center aim to follow Osceola County (FL) and state government mandates and recommendations, as well as guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other federal agencies as it relates to COVID-19, for meetings and special events. Based on Osceola County (FL) and Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center health and safety standards, AHCA/NCAL will require all registered attendees to wear a facial covering/ mask when entering, exiting, or moving throughout indoor, public common areas, including indoor meeting and event spaces, as well as always maintain a physical distance of 6’ while participating in AHCA/NCAL events. Additionally, the association requires that anyone who has experienced COVID-19 symptoms, tested positive for COVID-19, or been exposed to a COVID-19 positive individual within the last 14 days prior to attending convention should stay home to avoid the risk of infecting others.
AHCA/NCAL exhorts all attendees to wash their hands frequently for at least 20 seconds throughout their time at convention and follow any directional signage to walk with the flow of traffic in specified indoor, public common areas. Despite these requirements, AHCA/NCAL acknowledges due to meeting space design, room configuration, attendance and attendee behavior, physical distancing may not always be maintained. Furthermore, because AHCA/NCAL and the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center do not control the behavior of meeting attendees, neither party assumes any responsibility with respect to potential exposure to COVID-19. To participate in the AHCA/NCAL 2022 Quality Summit, we require that all attendees provide the following acknowledgment, release, and informed consent. In addition, we require all attendees adhere to any additional federal, state, or local health and safety standards, as well as any health and safety standards by the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, that may be implemented after you register, up to and through the end of the conference.
Cancellations & Refunds for Registration will be accepted until May 5, 2022 with a full refund less a $75 processing fee.
Registration Cancellations received after May 5, 2022 will not be refunded.
No-shows will not receive a refund. All substitutions and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the AHCA/NCAL QS Registration & Hotel Support Center or via Fax: (415) 293-4743. Refunds will be processed within one week of request. AHCA/NCAL is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
