Registration Information
Registration online is quick, convenient, and you’ll receive immediate confirmation. All attendees must be registered for the event before a hotel reservation can be made. You can reserve your hotel at the same time when registering online.

Housing Information
AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo Housing is now closed. All changes, cancellations must go through the hotel directly starting Monday, September 18. Download the hotel contact information to find your confirmed hotel. If you would like to make a new reservation, you can find the link to reserve a room through the hotel contact information sheet, based on availability.

Changes & Cancellations
IN-PERSON REGISTRATION
Cancellations & Refunds for Registration will be accepted through September 14, 2023 with a full refund, less a $75 processing fee.
Registration Cancellations received on or after September 15, 2023 will not be refunded.
No-shows will not receive a refund. All substitutions and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the AHCA/NCAL Registration & Hotel Support Center or via Fax: (415) 293-4743. Refunds will be processed within one week of request. Separate events are subject to cancellation if environment is insufficient. In the event of cancellation, registration for the cancelled event will be fully refunded. AHCA/NCAL is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.

Registration Deadlines
Registration with full payment must be submitted by the last date of each registration period in order to be eligible for the discount rate.
