Registration Information

Registration online is quick, convenient, and you’ll receive immediate confirmation. All attendees must be registered for the event before a hotel reservation can be made. You can reserve your hotel at the same time when registering online.

Registration must be processed online. Contact the AHCA/NCAL Registration & Hotel Support Center for assistance with check payments.

Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations & Refunds for Registration will be accepted until September 24, 2021 with a full refund less a $75 processing fee.

Registration Cancellations received after September 24, 2021 will not be refunded.

No-shows will not receive a refund. All substitutions and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the AHCA/NCAL Registration & Hotel Support Center or via Fax: (415) 293-4743. Refunds will be processed within one week of request. Tours and separate events are subject to cancellation if environment is insufficient. In the event of cancellation, registration for the cancelled tour/event will be fully refunded. AHCA/NCAL is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.

If you need to make any changes to your hotel reservation, please contact the AHCA/NCAL Registration & Hotel Support Center or by phone at (866) 227-1876 (U.S. & Canada) or (415) 268-2068 (International). The hotel reservation cancellation deadline is September 10, 2021. Cancellations after September 10, 2021 will forfeit the deposit or will be charged an amount equal to one night’s room and tax.
