What are the registration packages this year?

Four registration packages will be offered for the 2024 AAN Annual Meeting.

  • Full Conference Registration - Attend in-person and view recordings through May 6, 2024.
  • Full Conference Registration + On - Demand - Add Annual Meeting On Demand to your registration to view session recordings and claim CME in the Online Learning Center through March 1, 2025. Save up to 55% on the price of Annual Meeting On Demand when added to your registration.
  • Online Conference Registration - Attend online and view recordings through May 6, 2024.
  • Online Conference Registration + On Demand - Add Annual Meeting On Demand to your registration to view session recordings and claim CME in the Online Learning Center through March 1, 2025. Save up to 55% on the price of Annual Meeting On Demand when added to your registration.

What if I want to cancel my Full Conference Registration and switch to Online Registration?

You may cancel your full registration through March 14, 2024, for a refund less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations March 15, 2024, and after. Cancellations and change requests must be made in writing through the AAN Registration & Hotel Support Center.
You may change from full registration or full + on demand registration to an online registration for the difference in rates at any time through Friday, April 5, 2024. No refunds will be granted for changes April 6, 2024, and after.

What if I want to cancel my Online or Online + On Demand Registration?

You may change from online or online + on demand registration to a full registration for the difference in rates at any time. Full cancellation of online or online + on demand registrations are not allowed. All sales for online programs including online conferences are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable to another individual.

What if I want to cancel additional programs or tickets (Skills Workshops, Annual Meeting Party guest tickets, Run/Walk)?

Registrations for Skills Workshops, Annual Meeting Party guest tickets, and the Run/Walk can be cancelled for no penalty and receive a full refund through March 14, 2024. Cancellations for these programs received March 15, 2024, through April 5, 2024, will be refunded less a $100 change fee. No refunds will be granted for any additional program cancellations April 6, 2024, and after.

What if I want to cancel Commitment to Cures Gala?

Tickets for the Commitment to Cures Gala can be cancelled for a full refund through March 14, 2024. No refunds will be granted March 15, 2024 and after.

I just renewed my membership/joined as a member but I am still seeing the nonmember rate. What should I do?

Important Housing Dates and Deadlines

Housing Opening Dates:.

  • Wednesday, October 16, 2023 - VIP housing opens
  • Thursday October 26, 2023 - Attendee housing opens
  • Wednesday, December 13, 2023 - Exhibitor housing opens

Deadline Dates:.

  • Friday, March 1, 2024 - Group Housing Rooming List Deadline
  • Thursday, March 28, 2024 - Last day to make, change, or cancel a reservation through AAN Housing
  • Tuesday, April 2, 2024 – Contact your hotel directly to change or cancel your reservation

How can I request a suite?

Before contacting AAN Housing to request a suite, we recommend that you make a room reservation first.

To request a suite, send us a message. Complete the required fields, and provide responses to the following:

  1. If you have a room reservation that you’d like upgraded to a suite, please provide the name that the reservation is booked under and/or the confirmation number.
  2. Is the suite for sleeping, meetings, hospitality functions, or any combination of these?
  3. Does the bedroom need to be separate from the sitting area?
  4. How many adults and children will occupy the suite, and how many beds are needed?
  5. Let us know which hotel(s) you will consider in order of preference.
  6. What is the desired price range of the suite?
  7. Anything else we should know?
