ADVISORY

• Only Convention Management Resources (CMR) – the official housing agent for the 2023 AAAAI Annual Meeting – is authorized to make your hotel reservation.
• Reservations made through unauthorized websites or third-party providers are not guaranteed by the AAAAI and may result in additional charges, no room even with a confirmation, loss of deposits and pre-payments, and may put your personal identity at risk.

Should you be contacted by any agency other than CMR, please notify the AAAAI Annual Meeting Housing Team immediately.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing by emailing aaaaisupport@cmrus.com or by fax at (415) 216-2553. If the request is received within 72 hours of registering, a full refund will be issued. If the request is received after 72 hours, no refund will be provided; however, if an In-Person registration was initially purchased, it may be converted to a Virtual-Only registration at no additional charge. Full refunds will be provided for Guest Registration(s) and individual ticketed session(s) if the cancellation request is received on or prior to Thursday, February 15, 2024. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather, no-shows or for AAAAI Foundation activities.

Attendees registered for an individual education session, but not participating in the 2023 Annual Meeting, will be refunded the education session fee minus a $75 processing fee if cancelled by Wednesday, January 31, 2024. No refunds will be provided after that date.

If an attendee chooses to change from an In-Person registration to Virtual-Only registration (or, vice versa), they are allowed to do so. No additional fees will apply. 

In the circumstance that AAAAI is not able to hold its 2024 Annual Meeting in person, all In-Person registrations will be converted to Virtual-Only registrations. No refunds will be offered. Attendees who registered guests will receive a full refund of the guest registration fee. Attendees signed up to participate in individual education sessions and other ticketed sessions will receive a full refund for each individual session if those events are not able to be held virtually.

Should an attendee no longer be able to attend in-person, or AAAAI is not able to hold the event, each attendee is solely responsible for cancelling their hotel and travel reservations and is responsible for any fees related to their cancellation.

Changes and corrections can be made online by clicking the link in your email confirmation, visiting the registration website and logging in to your registration profile or by contacting the AAAAI Support Center.

A new confirmation email will be sent after each change or correction.

Group Registration is defined as 10 or more paid registrations using the same credit card or check for individuals who do not register and pick up badges individually.
