Registration fee for the meeting will be determined based on your AAAAI membership status and/or your current position. Please check the AAAAI Annual Meeting website for details on registration fees.
The Annual Meeting registration fee includes admittance to all education sessions that do not require an additional ticket as well as the Exhibit/Poster Hall. All Annual Meeting registrants will also receive full access to the virtual content of the meeting including additional pre-recorded education sessions, select recorded onsite education sessions, virtual poster hall and virtual exhibit hall). Virtual content and credit claiming will remain accessible through December 31, 2022.
In order to be eligible for the appropriately discounted rate, upload your student ID or proof of status by email email@example.com. We will review all student ID/proof of status within one business day. Upon approval, you will receive an invitation code to apply the appropriate discount and begin your registration process.
Medical Students and Residents: Please provide documentation of your status via academic record or hospital identification.
Fellows-In-Training: Please provide a letter of status attesting to your current appointment as a Fellow at your institution.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax at (415) 216-2553. If the request is received within 72 hours of registering, a full refund will be issued. If the request is received after 72 hours, no refund will be provided; however, if a Hybrid registration was initially purchased, it may be converted to a Virtual-only registration at no additional charge. Full refunds will be provided for Guest Registration(s) and individual ticketed session(s) if the cancellation request is received on or prior to Thursday, February 17, 2022. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather, no-shows or for AAAAI Foundation activities, however, AAAAI Foundation Benefit tickets are transferrable.
Attendees registered for an individual education session, but not participating in the 2022 Annual Meeting, will be refunded the education session fee minus a $75 processing fee if cancelled by Wednesday, February 2, 2022. No refunds will be provided after that date.
If an attendee chooses to change from a Hybrid registration to Virtual-only registration (or, vice versa), they are allowed to do so. No additional fees will apply.
In the circumstance that AAAAI is not able to hold its 2022 Annual Meeting in person, all Hybrid registrations will be converted to Virtual-only registrations. No refunds will be offered. Attendees who registered guests will receive a full refund of the guest registration fee. Attendees signed up to participate in individual education sessions and other ticketed sessions will receive a full refund for each individual session if those events are not able to be held virtually.
Should an attendee no longer be able to attend in person, or AAAAI is not able to hold the event, each attendee is solely responsible for cancelling their hotel and travel reservations and is responsible for any fees related to their cancellation.
Changes and corrections can be made online by clicking the link in your email confirmation, visiting the registration website and logging in to your registration profile or by contacting the AAAAI Support Center.
A new confirmation email will be sent after each change or correction.
