Medical Students, Residents & Fellows-in-Training: In order to be eligible for the appropriately discounted rate, upload your student ID or proof of status by sending us a message through the Annual Meeting Registration & Hotel Support Center. We will review all student ID/proof of status within one business day. Upon approval, you will receive an invitation code to apply the appropriate discount and begin your registration process.

Medical Students and Residents: Please provide documentation of your status via academic record or hospital identification.

Fellows-In-Training: Please provide a letter of status attesting to your current appointment as a Fellow at your institution.

Register and Book Your Hotel Room for the 2020 AAAAI Annual Meeting

ADVISORY

  • Only Convention Management Resources (CMR) – the official housing agent for the 2020 AAAAI Annual Meeting – is authorized to make your hotel reservation.
  • Reservations made through unauthorized websites or third-party providers are not guaranteed by the AAAAI and may result in additional charges, no room even with a confirmation, loss of deposits and pre-payments, and may put your personal identity at risk.

Should you be contacted by any agency other than CMR, please notify the AAAAI Annual Meeting Housing Team immediately.

Changes & Cancellations

  • A $75 cancellation fee will be withheld from all approved refunds for registrations received by Wednesday, February 19, 2020.
  • After February 19, 2020 cancellations for any reason, including no shows, will not be refunded.
  • Changes and corrections can be made online by following the link at the bottom of your email confirmation or visiting the registration website and logging in either with your AAAAI Member ID and name for Members or your name and email address for Non-Members.
  • For changes and corrections, send us a message through the Registration and Hotel Support Center or by fax to +1 (415) 216-2553.
  • A new confirmation will be emailed after each change or correction.
  • The AAAAI Foundation's Benefit and 5K Run/Walk are fundraising activities and we are unable to refund the cost of tickets purchased. However, Benefit tickets are transferable.


Groups

Group Registration is defined as 10 or more paid registrations using the same credit card or check for individuals who do not register and pick up badges individually. If you qualify for group registration, please download the group contract. For further assistance, please contact our Group Registration team.
