Where can I find the schedule to NAEYC Annual Conference?

Can I get a Certificate of Attendance for the NAEYC Annual Conference?

A Certificate of Attendance information will be available on the last page of the Final Program given to attendees onsite at the Annual Conference. Please note that you will need to contact your employer/state licensing/state training system to determine whether a NAEYC Certificate of Attendance will fulfill their specific requirements.

I'd like to register as a group.

Group registration is reserved for groups of 10 individuals or more. To begin, log in to your NAEYC account and select Group Registration. Once you have registered at least 10 individuals, you will have the option to submit credit card payment online. If you plan to submit a Check or Purchase Order, please register all your group members online, and download the Summary Statement or Detail Statement for an invoice of your group’s registration fees.

If submitting a Purchase Order for your Group Registration, please send a copy of the official purchase order by email to naeycsupport@cmrus.com along with a copy of the group registration invoice.

IMPORTANT: A Purchase Order is not a form of payment. Unless all associated balances have been paid in full, you will not receive access to the Annual Conference.

If submitting a Purchase Order for your registration, please send a copy of the official Purchase Order and your completed registration form to: naeycsupport@cmrus.com or fax to 415-293-4746. Please note that your registration form must accompany your Purchase Order to ensure your registration is processed.

What is the registration cancellation policy?

  • Fees are nonrefundable after October 7, 2024. Cancellation requests submitted by October 7, 2024 will incur a $100 processing charge per registrant.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or faxed to (415) 293-4746. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.
  • When submitting a refund request, please send us an email at our NAEYC Annual Conference Registration & Housing Support Center and include the name and Registration ID of each registrant and the name of the organization or person receiving the refund.
  • Refund requests are processed after the Annual Conference using the same method of payment used for Registration.

Important Housing Dates and Deadlines

Housing Opening Dates:.

  • Monday, July 1, 2024 - Attendee, Presenter, Exhibitor & Sponsors housing opens

Deadline Dates:.

  • Monday, September 16, 2024 - Group Rooming list deadline for groups of 10+ rooms
  • Monday, October 7, 2024 – Last day to make a reservation through NAEYC 2024 Housing
  • Wednesday, October 23, 2024 - Last day to change or cancel a reservation through NAEYC 2024 Housing
    *Exceptions - Sunday, October 13, 2024 - Anaheim Marriott & Hilton Anaheim
  • Friday, October 25, 2024 - Contact your hotel directly to change or cancel your reservation
    *Exceptions - Thursday, October 17, 2024 - Anaheim Marriott & Hilton Anaheim
  • Cancellation Policy – 24, 48, 72 hours or 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. Please reference reservation confirmation for hotel specific cancellation.

How can I request a suite?

Before contacting NAEYC Housing to request a suite, we recommend that you make a room reservation first.

To request a suite, send us a message. Complete the required fields, and provide responses to the following:

  1. If you have a room reservation that you’d like upgraded to a suite, please provide the name that the reservation is booked under and/or the confirmation number.
  2. Is the suite for sleeping, meetings, hospitality functions, or any combination of these?
  3. Does the bedroom need to be separate from the sitting area?
  4. How many adults and children will occupy the suite, and how many beds are needed?
  5. Let us know which hotel(s) you will consider in order of preference.
  6. What is the desired price range of the suite?
  7. Anything else we should know?
